Cancellation Policy

1. Grocery Orders
You may cancel a grocery order free of charge at any point prior to the order being packed by the fulfillment darkstore. Once out for delivery with the logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible through the app.
2. Pharmacy & Prescription Orders
Prescription orders may be cancelled at any time during the Pharmacist Audit stage without incurring any penalty. If you choose to cancel after the pharmacist has verified and packaged the medicines, please contact Customer Support immediately before dispatch.
3. Doctor Consultations
Teleconsultation requests can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled consultation slot. Cancellations initiated with adequate notice are eligible for full rescheduling or refund.
4. Cancellation by VEDHA
VEDHA reserves the right to cancel an order if: (a) a prescribed drug is out of stock across all regional partner pharmacies, (b) a medical prescription fails clinical validity checks, (c) severe weather prevents safe delivery, or (d) the delivery address is inaccessible. In all such cases, any prepaid amount is 100% refunded.
